By accessing or using Fly5Star Travel's website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part, please discontinue use of our services immediately.
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. Prices shown are indicative and subject to change until payment is completed. You must be at least 18 years old to make a booking. You are responsible for ensuring all traveller details are accurate and up to date.
Full payment or agreed deposit is required to confirm a booking. Prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise specified. We accept multiple payment methods including bank transfer, cards, and mobile wallets. All payments are final upon booking confirmation.
Cancellation fees vary by service type and airline/hotel policies. Our standard service fee is non-refundable after 24 hours. Please refer to our Refund Policy page for complete details. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance.
Clients are solely responsible for ensuring they hold valid passports (minimum 6 months validity), required visas, health certificates, and all other travel documents. Fly5Star Travel assists with visa processing but cannot guarantee approval by government authorities.
Fly5Star Travel acts as an agent for airlines, hotels, and other service providers. We are not liable for delays, cancellations, acts of God, or other events beyond our control. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.
All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and design — is the exclusive property of Fly5Star Travel and is protected by copyright law. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is strictly prohibited.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be resolved in Islamabad courts. By using our services you consent to this jurisdiction.
